PacBio Day in Edinburgh - Oct 27

About the Event

Join us at the John McIntyre Conference Centre in Edinburgh on the 27th October for this PacBio day. This even provides the opportunity to hear from your peers about their latest discoveries and how highly accurate long-read sequencing (HiFi sequencing) can help answer your toughest biological questions.

Edinburgh Genomics is a PacBio certified service provider that delivers comprehensive services for single molecule long-read sequencing of genomes and transcriptomes using the Sequel IIe system.

This 1-day, in-person event includes:

·         An introduction to the Sequel IIe system and HiFi sequencing services available at Edinburgh Genomics.

·         In-person presentations from researchers using HiFi sequencing for RNA sequencing, whole genome sequencing, data analysis and more.

·         Keynote presentation from Prof. Mark Blaxter - Tree of Life, Wellcome Sanger Institute.

·         Q&A and networking opportunities to interact with speakers and sequencing experts.

·         A chance to win free HiFi sequencing.

This is an in-person free event, open to all (lunch and coffee provided).
