Single Cell Approaches Workshop

Are you interested in finding out more about single cell genomics? Would you like to network with others in the genomics community?

Join us for this Single Cell Approaches Workshop, the first event in the OHGE ECR Networking Seminar Series.

The OHGE ECR Networking Seminar Series will run quarterly and will provide an opportunity both to showcase exciting research taking place at the University of Edinburgh and to meet with others interested in, or using  genomics technology and genome information.

Please register here to attend online (In-person registration has now closed).

Programme

Alessandro Brombin (IGC) - Introduction to Single Cell Genomics

Kylie Matchett (IRR) – Spatial profiling of human liver disease

Richard Taylor (Roslin) – Advancing cellular and genome biology in non-model fish using single cell transcriptomics

Catalina Vallejos (IGC) - Beyond technical replicates: uncovering patterns of cell-to-cell variability in human populations

Ava Khamseh (Informatics) - Stator: High order expression dependencies finely resolve cryptic states and subtypes in single cell data

James Furniss (Genomics Platform) - How to do Single Cell Genomics at UoE
