Single-cell Multi-omics facility has recently established a new single cell analysis service using a 10x Genomics Chromium Controller. The facility is equipped with a 10x Genomics Chromium Controller that allows to generate single cell genomic and transcriptomic data (RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, etc.) from up to 10,000 cells and from multiple samples in parallel. Merged with the power of flow cytometry, this technology empowers the characterisation of complex cell populations and the discovery of new cell types. We offer a fully supported sample preparation service from cells to libraries that includes QC, quantification and lab consumables. This is offered with a booking system and with great flexibility in accommodating user requests. Additionally, we offer support for cell sorting and ordering of 10x Genomics reagents. The Flow and Genomic Cytometry Lab also liaise between users, 10x Genomics and sequencing providers with the aim of reducing costs of individual experiments.
